June is more than rainbow flags and paradesāit's about honoring identity, creating space for authenticity, and building a future where everyone feels safe, seen, equal, and proud. As a real estate professional serving the Wasatch Front, Pride Month reminds me why I do what I do: helping diverse and inclusive professionals take one of the biggest steps of their lives, becoming a homeowner.
Pride Month is important to me because there were times that I couldn't get married, I had to question being able to support my partner during emergency medical situations, and I felt like I couldn't be my authentic self. Every political cycle, these fears are brought back to the forefront, and my rights are challenged. I post a flag at my home to celebrate how far we've come, create a sense of community, and show my community that just because we are different, we matter.
To demonstrate my commitment to my community, This year I've sponsored Project Rainbow to support their vision of 'A Utah where every LGBTQ+ individual not only feels accepted but knows they belong and are loved, exemplified by neighborhoods adorned with rainbow flags, radiating acceptance, caring and safety.' Check out their site and the initiatives they've supported reinvesting over $300,000 into the local community.
If you are a diverse & inclusive professional looking to increase wealth, security, and a true sense of belonging by forging authentic living through a trusted, no-pressure approach to homeownership, here are some things to know.
š” Homeownership Is More Than a Financial Milestone
For many individuals, owning a home isnāt just about equity or investmentāitās about belonging. Itās about finding a safe space that reflects your life, your values, and your future. Whether you're a newly engaged couple looking for your first home, a single professional planting roots, or someone downsizing after years of growth, you deserve a space that feels like yours, inside and out.
š¤ Why Affirming Support Matters
Too often, homebuyers face hidden challenges and discrimination, coded language, or agents who donāt understand their needs. Thatās why working with someone who sees you, respects your journey, and advocates for your vision matters, WHO YOU HIRE MATTERS! My goal is to make the process not only low-pressure and clear but also affirming from start to finish.

Because let's be real, real estate isn't just about location. It's about liberation. Being a real estate investor, I want to see more diverse & inclusive individuals become investors themselves and grow wealth through homeownership. It's been my number one return on my investments and has set me up for stability for the rest of my life.
š Utah Is More Welcoming Than You Think
The Wasatch Front is growingānot just in development, but in community. From Salt Lake Cityās vibrant neighborhoods to affirming pockets in Ogden, Provo, and beyond, inclusive spaces are thriving. I stay informed on local equality protections, LGBTQ+/Queer resources, affirming lenders, and affirming industry professionals, so you can feel confident and informed every step of the way.
š Get Started With Confidence
Not sure where to begin? I created a free Buyers and Sellers Handbooks to help you get prepared and familiar with the process.
This Pride Month, Take Up Space and Be Authentically You
Pride is about living loudly and authentically, and that includes where you live. If you're dreaming of owning a place that feels like you, Iād love to help you find it, with care, clarity, and no pressure.
Happy Pride š
