My recommendations for finding a neighborhood that actually feels like home. As a lifelong Utah local, I've lived in many places; some felt great, others I couldn't wait to get out of. When buying a home, you want to plan to be there for 5 years or more, so let's make sure you're making the right choice.

Utah is a great place to live, with many different types of neighborhoods and communities. However, there are lots of places I would never buy a home, and I don't think you should either unless you're comfortable with the risks.
